Shipping

Lens Vegas currently offers a low flat rate for shipping, depending on where you live. We ship domestically (USA) and internationally. Shipping rates are applied during checkout. Shipping timelines quoted at checkout are based on orders placed by 12pm EST. If you have further questions about the shipping policy, please contact us for more details.

Returns & Refunds

Must return unopened products within 10 (ten) days of carrier’s confirmed date of delivery. Books are non-returnable. The lowest cost of the Aerial Lookbook is currently $89 (all editions). Project Skybox returns that satisfy the returns policy will be refunded less the aforementioned cost of the lookbook. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are not reimbursable. To initiate a return, simply email support@lens.vegas.

Cash payments for drone experience classes are issued as a credit. Classes that are canceled due to inclement weather are assigned a new date only once, and a notification of the new date will be sent to registrants prior to the class. If there is inclement weather during the first reschedule date, the class payment will automatically be refunded to the original form of payment. If the reschedule date is undesirable to registrant, you may self-initiate a refund or rebook for a new date by clicking the “Change/Cancel Appointment” button in the confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, send a message to support@lens.vegas to initiate a refund. Refunds for regularly scheduled classes must be initiated more than 48hrs prior to class start time.
